Facilitating authenticity.

Danielle is at the front of the room giving an Inclusive Language and Action Training to a group of Masters of the Environment Students

Inclusive Language and Action Training

The purpose of this training is to learn about the impact and importance of inclusive language. This training will support discussions around inclusive vs non-inclusive language, accompliceship/allyship, and action. Participants will be encouraged to exercise their empathy and think critically about how their language use impacts the type of environment that they foster.

LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Training

This training will provide an introduction to LGBTQ+ inclusivity. Participants will explore how language can create safe and inclusive spaces for folks in the LGBTQ+ community and learn what actions they can take to become better accomplices/allies. During this training, folks in the LGBTQ+ community will also have space to build community and learn from each other.

“Danielle’s Inclusivity trainings are just what our world needs. They deliver important content on complex topics, from identity to use of language to accompliceship, with professionalism and–most importantly–an open and empathetic spirit.”

— Colleen Scanlan Lyons, Cultural Anthropologist and Associate Research Professor, University of Colorado, Boulder
